DOWNLOADING AND USING SAMPLES
How do I receive my samples?
Right after completing your order, you’ll be able to download your pack instantly from our website. A secure download link will also be sent to your email so you can access your files anytime.
Can I use your samples in my songs?
Yes — all Groove Line loops and samples are 100% royalty-free. You can use them freely in your tracks, videos, podcasts, or social media content.
The only limitation is reselling, repackaging, or redistributing our sounds as part of another sample library or similar product. For more details, please see our Terms of Use .
What is your refund policy?
Because our products are digital downloads, we normally don’t offer refunds. Exceptions are made if:
- Your payment was processed fraudulently
- The download link didn’t work correctly
- You provide a valid reason and proof for a refund request

What audio quality do you deliver?
All Groove Line packs are recorded and exported in 24-bit / 44.1 kHz WAV for professional studio quality and full dynamic range.
