Alternatively, your products will also be available in your customer account area on the website.

3. Delivery Time

The download is instant and automatic after the payment confirmation.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.

4. Download Issues

If you experience any issues downloading your files or if any file appears corrupted, please contact us within 7 days at info.groovelineofficial@gmail.com.
Our team will promptly provide you with a new download link or a replacement copy of the product.

5. Physical Products

At this time, GROOVE LINE does not ship physical products.
If physical items or merchandise are added in the future, clear information regarding shipping times and costs will be displayed on the corresponding product pages.
